If you are on the run often….here is a list of healthy snacks to pack. Most provided by my friends and clients, which means they are convenient, and working for people.
- Jerky, make sure it is grass fed beef, and no nitrites
- Clementines
- Hummus and Veggies, or Plantain Chips (if you can find some in avocado oil)
- Turkey Meat Roll ups with shredded carrots and some cool sauce inside…make sure it is quality sauce, no soy or canola or dairy
- Seaweed Snack Packs
- Sunflower Butter with celery, apples, carrots, rice cakes
- Almond Butter and Gluten Free crackers or celery
- Dried fruit and nuts/trail mix
- Make up little “snack packs”. Buy glass meal prep containers and put cut up strawberries, sliced cucumbers, almonds, hard boiled eggs, sliced turkey meat.
